Delivery takes 3–5 business days within Metro Manila, and 5–7 business days for provincial areas. You will receive updates on your order status via email.

Yes! We deliver nationwide. Provincial deliveries may take 5–10 business days depending on your location. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping within Metro Manila is FREE for orders above ₱5,000. For orders below ₱5,000, a flat rate of ₱250 applies. Provincial shipping starts at ₱350.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay the exact amount when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Yes! You only pay when you physically receive your order. You can inspect the item before handing over the cash. Our delivery partners are trained and trustworthy.

We recommend preparing the exact amount for a smoother transaction, but our riders can give change for amounts up to ₱500 over the total.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original condition. The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging. See our full Returns Policy.

Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trailblazers.ph or call (02) 8123-4567. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Yes! All bikes sold on our website are 100% brand new with complete manufacturer warranty.

Bikes are partially assembled (about 80–90%). Minor adjustments like handlebars, pedals, and seat height may need to be done. We include an assembly guide with every purchase.

Yes! All bikes come with the manufacturer's warranty — typically 1 year for the frame. Accessories have a 6-month warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not damage from misuse.

Absolutely! Visit us at 123 Bike Street, Quezon City. We're open Monday–Saturday 9AM–7PM and Sunday 10AM–5PM. Test rides are available for selected models.

Check the "I am a Senior Citizen" box during checkout. Our delivery rider will verify your Senior Citizen ID upon delivery. The 20% discount will be applied to your total order.

Any government-issued Senior Citizen ID is accepted. Please have it ready when the delivery rider arrives.
