Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and unassembled
- Item is in original packaging with all accessories
- Item has a manufacturing defect or was delivered damaged
- Item received is different from what was ordered
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or assembled bikes
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Accessories that have been opened and used
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
How to Return
1. Contact us at support@trailblazers.ph or call (02) 8123-4567 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and photos of the item.
3. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup at no additional cost.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Since we only accept COD payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or GCash.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your item arrived damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
